What information do we collect?


When you are on ToastMail’s website


Information you submit to us: we collect information that you submit through your use of our products or services, including information you provide in connection with the creation and management of your account for our products or services, such as your name, e-mail address and other contact information and password.


Information we automatically collect: we collect log data and usage information relating to your use of our products and services.


For statistics: when you are using the ToastMail services, we may track your browsing activity by using Smartlook and Google Analytics.


For user contact info and details: when you signup to ToastMail, we ask you to fill your email, first name, postal address, city, country, login, password.


For invoicing and payments: We do not collect payment card information. If you make an online payment using a payment card, such as a credit card or debit card, you are connected directly to our online payment processing service provider and your payment card information is collected and processed by that service provider.


Like most websites and other Internet services, we may collect certain technical and device information about your use of our website. Such information may include your Internet protocol address, information about your device, browser and operating system, and the date and time of your visit.


We may also use “cookies” or enlist third party services which use cookies to track your preferences and activities on our website. When you are using ToastMail warmup service


Logging and history events: Once you become a ToastMail customer we monitor your usage, and log any requests you will do to our service. All those logs captured by the ToastMail service may include IP address, geolocalization information, browser type, computer type, country etc.


Email deliverability activity and mailbox tracking: in order to help you monitor your deliverability improvements, we count the number of warmup emails (= emails sent by ToastMail) sent in inbox, spam or categories and the number of warmup emails received in inbox, spam or categories.


Email contact details: in order to personalize the content of warmup emails, we use the first name and last name of the email account you gave us access to.


What do we do with your personal information?


ToastMail collects your personal data fairly and lawfully and in accordance with any applicable law including the General Data Protection Regulation. The main purpose of collecting personal data is to provide you with a safe, optimal, efficient and personalized experience.
